Installation of the aluminum support rail for linear connection

The main components of the system are the application-independent aluminum support rail for pre-assembly and connection to the substructure, stainless steel insert plates with tension-resistant threaded rods, and pressure-resistant insulation bodies. This makes installation extremely simple, flexible, and quick. Insert the thermal separation brackets into the aluminum support rail and attach the support rail to the substructure using variable bolting. Fit the insert plates with the threaded rods and insert them into the aluminum support rail. The number depends on the number of fastening points of the add-on element. For precise positioning, these insert support elements can be easily shifted. The elements are fixed using a custom-drilled mounting template. Then install the insulation bodies, which are pre-drilled to accommodate the threaded rods. The system is now ready for mounting the add-on element.
