GLASSLINE, mit Hauptsitz im baden-württembergischen Adelsheim, ist Kompetenzführer für die anspruchsvolle rahmenlose Glasarchitektur. Wir entwickeln, fertigen und vertreiben hochwertige Systemlösungen in den Bereichen Punkthaltesysteme, Ganzglasgeländer, französische Balkone und rahmenlose Vordachkonstruktionen sowie Systeme mit thermischer Trennung zur sicheren Befestigung von Anbauelementen an Gebäudehüllen für den nationalen und internationalen Markt.
Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestands- und Neukunden. Wir suchen begeisterte Teamplayer, mit Leidenschaft für die Kundenberatung auf die wir uns immer verlassen können. Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Innendienst (m/w/d)
Your tasks
- Der persönliche Kundenkontakt ist Ihnen wichtig. Eine überzeugende und individuelle Beratung unserer Kunden und der Vertrieb von technischen Systemlösungen gehört zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben.
- Sie bearbeiten Kundenanfragen in Ihrem PLZ-Gebiet, erstellen Angebote und betreuen diese bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
- Ebenso erfassen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Dispositionen für alle Angebote.
- Mit Ihrem Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationstalent gelingt Ihnen eine langfristige Kundenbindung.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Kollegen im Innen- und Außendienst, unserer Produktion und Technik zusammen und sorgen für eine direkte Abstimmung.
Your profile
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und der Auftragsbearbeitung mit.
- Sie sind eine kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Spaß am Verkauf von hochwertigen Produkten.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und können auf ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis zurückgreifen.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

- You are comfortable working independently and under your own responsibility to produce reliable results
- You must be a motivated and reliable individual
- You are comfortable reading/writing technical documents and have a keen sense of quality awareness
- You must also have a strong team spirit and be willing to work shifts
